NAPM LLC Meeting – January 24 - 25, 2017

Ø  LNPA WG and APT Meeting Highlights:

q  APT Meeting was held on January 10, 2017

·  Certification and Regression Test Plan Clarification Update Review

·  10 Test Cases were discussed/reviewed and will be updated in the Doc Only Change Order 485.

·  Neustar draft of the Sunset Notification Letter(s) Action Item 12072016-01 Discussion

·  Changes were suggested and Gary made agreed upon changes and provided back to LNPA WG Tri-Chairs for any feedback.

·  Sunset Test Case Impacts (iconectiv) Action Item 11082016-04 Discussion

·  John Malyar (iconectiv) walked through the contribution.

·  Question was raised regarding the process for handling documentation updates for these sunset items that are NOT document only changes.

·  ACTION ITEM OPENED: Need to determine/discuss HOW to handle the documentation updates during the February 8th, 2017 APT Conference Call.

·  Neustar Additional test case contribution discussion

·  Request made to Neustar to take back the existing action item to further determine if there are additional test cases that are needed to be added to the certification test plan and if so, to provide specific details on what those test scenarios should be.

·  This will be discussed on the February 8th APT call.

q  Continued discussion on iconectiv proposed Change Order 461 approach to interim implementation of Sunset features without Local System interface impact

·  Implementation of 1.1 Ability to update CMIP address data in Profile via interface & 1.3 Managing Customer Contact Information. This is the contact information contained within the NPAC system and not the actual contact information used by the LNPA. How to handle these – send an error to SP and also alarming the LNPA which will cause a reach out to the SP. An existing error message should be used so that no system changes would be required.

·  LNPA WG ACTION ITEM – For these two messages do any local systems do an auto re-try…iconectiv to formulate the question and will be discussed in the APT meeting February and full LNPA WG in March.

q  Next LNPA Working Group Meeting.

·  The APT will have a conference call on February 8, 2017. The next LNPA WG face to face meeting is scheduled for March 7 – 8, 2017 in Denver, Colorado, hosted by Comcast
