Application for the 2013-2014 Membership Period
Pursuant to the bylaws of the Club, I hereby apply for membership in the Brazos River Gun and Archery Club, Inc. and subscribe to the following oath:
I hereby certify and swear that I am a citizen of the United States, 21 years of age or older and I have not been subject to any legal proceeding that would result in me being barred from the purchase and/or ownership of firearms.
I further state that I will abide by the laws of the Brazos River Gun and Archery Club, Inc. and in the event I am expelled for any reason, that I will waive any claim to my membership dues and will deliver my membership card and key to the Secretary without delay. Should I choose to cancel my membership or elect not to renew my membership I will return my range key to an Officer of the Club immediately.
If my application is not accepted, I understand such remittance shall be refunded.
I understand that membership shall include a married spouse and dependent children under the age of 21 years.
I understand that membership in the Brazos River Gun and Archery Club, Inc. shall entitle the member, in whose name the membership is registered with the Secretary/Treasurer, to one (1) vote at any club meeting.
Dues are $85 for the 2013-2014 membership year which begins on July 1, 2013 and ends on June 30, 2014.
If you are in agreement with these terms and conditions;current members can renew their membership by completing onlypage 1 of the form,new members must complete and sign pages I and 2. Failure of new members to complete and sign both pages of the form will result in your application for membership not being accepted. Please print your information clearly, enclose the appropriate dues with the application and mail to the Secretary/Treasurer at the address ABOVE, no later than June 30, 2013.

Club Range Rules
- Our Range is an "open action" Range. If your firearm does not fall under this guideline, ensure that it is placed in a "safe" mode.
- DO NOT leave loaded weapons unattended. Leave breech open at all times when not shooting.
- Before loading any weapon, be sure range is clear.
- Always point guns in a safe direction.
- DO NOT shoot cross-range at any time.
- DO NOT shoot over the berms or off of range property at any time.
- DO NOT shoot anything but targets. Buildings, posts, glass bottles, etc. are not targets.
- Before going down range, make the other ranges aware of your intent. WAIT for all firing to stop before proceeding.
- Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Police your area, remove and dispose of targets, and dispose of any garbage.
- Club members are responsible for the Range's security. Only authorized persons are allowed on the range.
- Alcohol is prohibited on the range at all times. No one should be shooting under the influence.
- All acts of vandalism will be referred to the proper authorities for prosecution.
- All full-auto shooting is temporarily suspended.
- Failure to follow Club and Range rules may result in loss of membership.
