1) So far 412 returns, nearly 10%, it was decided that it would be worth another push

2) Site Allocations Plan (SAP) - sites to be consulted on in the summer have now been presented to Leeds members for approval at Development Plan Panel meetings. On the 6th, the list of open spaces, employment and retail, and on the 13th Feb the Housing.
****When the summer SAP consultation begins we need to look at the sites, as we did before, to comment on the site allocations.
3) Mark Mills was going to be invited to meeting but as there was a lot of hostile reports and comments he was going to look again at it.
***The URS High Street Report was to be sent to him
4) Jill Collins from health Centre meeting, Keith, Doug, Paul, Hilary, Chris said they may be able to attend
5) Finance, the Royal Mail and ICT cheques have yet to be cleared, balance £4732.32
The return postage bill has not been received
There may be a need to approach KPC
K. Kelly was paid for 5 hours work, the bill from Cllr Kelly and Val Laycocks time, has yet to be received.
6) Project Plan, still 2 years to go!!!!!!!!
We had good feedback from Heather Suggate,
Can we speed up the process, we are now a month behind.
The draft policy side of the NP is very difficult, we were advised perhaps it would be best to get some professional help to do it.
LCC want to meet the group when the analysis is completed.
7) Mike Dando. We still have 5 and half days left of Planning Aid support.
Mike down to end in March but may be extended beyond. Support will finally run out at end Sept. Any outstanding support days after Mike has gone will be delivered by other people.
After a discussion it was felt that we would employ a professional/consultant to get us through the next stage, this was voted on and passed by all. Probably in April 2015
There is some more money about - a bridging grant, but only available to apply for upto end January and must be spent by end March.
Also a new NP Government Support Programme coming out in April, offering grant ofupto £8000 per NP.
