Instructions/Information:
- 6 page limit
- Applications should be single spaced; font must be Arial 12-point type and no more than 6 lines of
type per vertical inch. Margins should be at least .5” all around. - Junior faculty and postdoctoral fellows must identify a research mentor who serves as a Co-PI. Include a letter of support from the research mentor as an attachment.
- Attach an NIH biosketch for each PI and Co-Investigator. Biosketches must be in NIH format and include the most recent publications and funding. Biosketches are not included in the 6-page limit.
- All applications must be submitted electronically in PDF format and sent as a single file to

- There are no requirements for OSU-CERTS pilot/developmental project applicants to be an OSU Comprehensive Cancer Center member or a Pelotonia rider.

- Significance to inform the regulation of tobacco products to protect public health.
- What OSU-CERTS projects, infrastructures, cores, biospecimens or data will be used.
- If cross-center TCORS collaboration, specify activities and how project will build a sustainable infrastructure for ongoing collaborations. Funding from both TCORS is required.

- Feasibility of developing the pilot

- Study design, research methods, data collection, protocols and analysis plan (OSU-CERTS Biostatistics and Data Resource Core should be used unless adequate justification)
- Describe how results provide preliminary data for R-type grant or equivalent (name targeted funding mechanism)
- Describe deliverables
