GOAL 2: Program leaders provide for the continuous learning of all staff members.
Performance Indicator 2.1: Program leaders assure that educators do not work in isolation, but as members of teaching teams or with a teaching peer and/or coach-mentor to support each learner.
Performance Indicator 2.2: Program leaders establish an organizational structure and climate to foster relationships, teamwork and collaboration. This may include staff meetings, study groups, and/or peer-to-peer time to discuss child progress, teaching and assessment strategies.
Performance Indicator 2.3: Program leaders create a schedule that accommodates and supports teachers meeting on a regular basis to reflect on children’s experiences and to share curriculum ideas and teaching strategies.
