- Identify an appropriate number of existing staff in Post B to offer an Apprenticeship to progress to Post C (if appropriate).
- Identify an appropriate Apprenticeship scheme for staff in Post B.
- Determine how many will be offered Apprenticeships
- Decide whether opportunities for Apprenticeships will be offered annually or bi-annually.
- Determine whether additional resources are required to cover the 20% training time or whether it can be covered from within. If additional resources are required cost this out.
