Rounded metal – steel body, Powder coating RAL 9010. The air line is equipped with a lip seal (EPDM).
The base body is screwed to the ceiling. This is being done with screws for threaded glass panel with incorporated beads. And the ceiling mount is virtually ‘’invisible’’.
The cover panel is in satin– Glass thickness (about 4,00 mm) . The cover panel is rounded as the base body. The cover panel is about 2,00 mm on each side greater than the metal edge of the base body, through which a flow of air is performed on the adherent ceiling. The attachment of the visor must be performed with the aid of screws . The bolt heads are square just like the powder coater in RAL 9010 base body (Alternative stainless steel brushed).
Inside the system 9 RGB (light: Red, Green and Blue) LED’s are installed . Withe that different color of the RGB – spectrum are presented .The use is easy and comfortable by means of a remote control that lets you select different colors, adjust brightness , choose a different color and change the model sequences . Turning the system on and off is made by means of the remote control. The power supply (12 V) for the LED is ideally placed directly through a vacuum tube to the bleed valve. If there are existing ventilation systems, low-voltage cable 12 V ( min 2 × 0,75 mm²) which passes through the ventilation system of the cellar (or other piece of power supply) Up to the aeration apparatus is designed and connected. In the air vents , the Aeration apparatus is very close to the command of the receiver which is mounted within the tube.
Flow control is implemented through a stream of air supply and the acoustic insulation element. This mold-proof foam is easy to insert in the pipe of the ‘’aeration apparatus’’ . Through the preconceived openings , desired volume of air can be quickly and easily adjusted (The adjustment can be found in the diagram included ) Furthermore, the transition of unwanted noise can be prevented through the piping system (silent telephone)
