* Illien’s Adoption Service Fees will be valid only for a period of 12 months from our receipt of your completed Three-Part Adoption Services Contract; after 12 months they are subject to revision. Country Fees are never considered stable or set fees, as they are not determined nor in the control of Illien Adoptions International, Inc. The Agency makes every effort to control fees and costs, but Third-party and country fees may change without notice.

Adoption Application / $500 / Please note that the estimated time over which the Agency will provide these services covers: 1) from application to USCIS approval of I-800A, about 5 months, 2) submission of dossier in El Salvador, to referral and acceptance of child (variable: could be 6-12 months) 3) processing of case thru issuance of US visa (variable: could be 4-6 months) 4) post adoption reporting period and final legal steps in the US for a period of two years.
