British Triathlon is the internationally recognised governing body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in the UK.

Following the medal winning success achieved of the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, interest in triathlon is at an all-time high. In addition to the world-class domestic leg of the ITU World Triathlon Series in Leeds, triathlon has an industry leading opportunity to grow the profile of the sport during the next four year cycle inspiring participation and growing the triathlon community.

This is a six month role that will be focussed on delivering data driven marketing campaigns to inspire our target markets to take part in our sport and achieve British Triathlon’s strategic objectives. Strong copywriting skills and excellent knowledge of email database campaigns alongside an understanding of brand management will be integral to this position.

We are also looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised individual who will thrive in a leading NGB that strives to empower individuals to deliver their best. The successful candidate will have hands on experience of campaign execution across all channels and need to be able to handle multiple projects within their working day with the confidence to respond quickly to the marketplace.

They should spark energy and innovation within their thinking and have a drive to leave no stone unturned in the achievement of campaign success. Sports marketing should be a passion and we are looking for a team player with world-class communication skills.

The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters located at Loughborough University.This role may require weekend working and occasional travel.
