Real Estate Title Search
· Read searches and prepare residential/commercial title binders for New York.
· Prepare files for closings, including clearance of judgments and prior owner liens.
· Prepare settlement statements and closing documents for sellers.
· Review closing packages and submit completed closing packages.
· Disbursement of funds and submission of final documents for recording.
· Abstract documents on title orders to determine the condition of the title and insurability of the property.
