Terms and conditions:
1.Quotation shall be submitted on plain paper showingspecifications, brand details warranty details of items with price inclusive of all taxes. Quotationers shall providemanufactures warrantee.
2.The successful quotationer has to execute an agreement for supply of items with KSFDC on receipt of the purchase order from KSFDC. The quotational shall be amendable to techno-commercial discussions.
3.Managing Director, KSFDC reserves' the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsover.
4.The decision of KSFDC in accepting the quotation will be final.
5.Last date of receipt of quotations will be 3pm on 06.05.2017. The quotation will be opened on the same day at 4pm in the presence of available quotationers.
6.Quotations shall be submitted in sealed covers superscribing "QUOTATION No.2707/T2/16/KSFDC QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY OF ACCESSORIES FOR BASELIGHT ASSIST IN THE DI SUIT AT CHITHRANJALI STUDIO, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM shall reach Managing Director, KSFDC, Chalachithra Kalabhavan, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum.
7.A copy of quotation notice shall be enclosed with the quote duly signed for acceptance of the terms. Product catalogue and data sheet may be enclosed.
8.Supply of items shall be effected within 30 days from the date of issue of purchase order.
9.Final payment shall be released after the supply of items. However 30% quoted price will be released immediately against the delivery. All statutory deduction as applicable will be effected.
10.Quotationer shall furnish proof to the effect that manufacturer's warranty is ensured. May ensure post warranty service break up as an when required
