Pepperpot Cottage is a small, detached stone built conversion of an agricultural barn, suitable for up to 2 adults. Access to the cottage is off a cobbled courtyard with a parking space for your car situated next to the cottage.

You can book by e-mail or telephone and we will confirm your booking by e-mail. We request 50% deposit upon confirmation (payable within 2 weeks) with the remainder due within 4 weeks of your arrival.
Public transport is limited but there is a regular bus service to Chapel-en-le-Frith (circa 3 miles away) from Manchester airport which also passes through Stockport. In terms of rail travel the nearest stations are either Chapel-en-le-Frith or Chinley. If you let us know your arrival times we will happily arrange transport from rail station or bus stop.
When you arrive
Car parking for your car is available to the side of your cottage which has its own cobbled parking area.
Ground Floor
Entrance, Kitchenette and Shower Room
You enter Pepperpot Cottage into a stone flagged hallway and kitchenette directly off which to the right is a large sized shower room with wash basin and toilet.
The small kitchenette is fitted with a sink, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a little fridge. There are no other cooking facilities although breakfast and/or evening meals can be taken in the house by arrangement. Alternatively there are a variety of local pubs, restaurants and take-a-ways which will cater for your needs.
A narrow, stone staircase takes you from the kitchenette to the first floor bedroom/living area.
Bedroom/Living areas
The bedroom/living areas are of open plan design and have carpeted flooring.
A small dining table and 2 stools are provided and will seat 2.
The living area has 2 chairs in front of the wood burning stove and hearth.
A fitted double bed with storage drawers beneath has a small bedside table and reading light above the bed with switch.
A TV/DVD is available for your use.
Outdoors
Pepperpot Cottage does not have its own garden but does have access to a small wooded area directly behind it with a variety of places to sit and eat or to simply enjoy the wild life.
Rushop Hall is a working farm and whilst we hope you enjoy looking at our animals we do ask that you do not feed them or enter the field areas (other than those on public footpaths) without checking with us first.
We usually feed our animals in the late afternoon and are very happy for you to accompany us.

All of our properties are non smoking.
Pets can be accommodated by arrangement.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available upon request.
Mobile phone reception is dependent upon your network provider and can be patchy.
