Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Joe Caravetta

A presentation was given by Lanny Krog, regarding application # P709-105. Mr. Krog advises he wishes to subdivide his property in Cokato into two parcels using the steep bank as the dividing line. Have one property on upper side along Cokato road and one on the lower side along McGivern road. Lanny provided an Agrologist report that supported his application of making the property into 2 smaller hobby farm parcels. Lanny also stated he wanted to subdivide this parcel for kids.

A presentation was given by David Cox Access Guardianposition with the CO Service in Fernie funded by the RDEK Area “A” mine tax money. David gave a draft power point presentation which was followed with discussion and suggestions for David to consider in his presentation.

1.1The APC meeting minutes for April 21, 2009 were reviewed and a motion was made by Dale Garrett and seconded by Blair Chatterson to accept the meetings as read. Passed

Joe Caravetta made a motion that the Krog Cokato Road area application be accepted, seconded by Warren Baker. Passed unanimously

Harvey Pass monument application was reviewed- no issues

5.0 Information Items

5.1 notice of work Eastfield Resources Ltd. Howell creek area

Member has concerns over unsightly premises left behind from last year’s

activities in Howell Creek area and would like the Ministry of Mines to

investigate

5.2 Notice of Oil and Gas Commission application

Blair Chatterson declared possible conflict due to past work history with Storm

Cat and removed himself from this topic

The Committe requested that Storm Cat Energy make a presentation to the June

APC meeting in order to educate the members on what is happening with this

application. Motion to receive information made by Dale Garrett seconded by

Warren Baker, passed
