RELEASE-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

I, the undersigned, have read this release and the rules and regulations for the use of the premises and facilities of Northern Beaches Rockhouse Pty Ltd (“NBRH”). In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities:

1. I agree to comply with the rules and regulations for use of NBRH’s premises and facilities and with the reasonable directions of management and staff of NBRH concerning such use

2.I acknowledge that any sport has potential for injury and that as a result of participating in climbing activities provided by NBRH I may be injured

3. I hereby agree that my use of NBRH’s premises and facilities shall be at my own risk;

4.I hereby represent that I am in good physical condition and physically able to undertake climbing activities provided by NBRH which I elect to undertake;

5.Except where the law imposes liabilities which cannot be excluded, I agree that I will have no claim against any or all of NBRH, its Directors, employees and agents, for any injuries suffered by me or any other person, or any damage to any property whatsoever, whether or not the same be caused or contributed to by an act, omission or negligence of any or all of NBRH, its directors, employees and agents; and

6.Except where the law imposes liabilities, which cannot be excluded, I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless each and all of NBRH, its directors, employees and agents from any and all claims arising out of or connected with my use of NBRH’s premises and facilities, whether on account of injury or property damage or death.
