Dear Fellow Members,

It is time once again to plan for our bi-annual meeting.Registration, payment and all information can be accessed via the website There will not be any mailings associated with this meeting. If your company requires a W9 form, we have one available. Please also note, we can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment!

We will have the spring meeting once again in Welch, Minnesota. The meeting will beginTuesday,April 17th, at 8:00 AM and end Wednesday, April 18th. Monday afternoon & eveningactivities include tours of Dakota County Empire Transportation Facility in Rosemount MN and Interstate Power Systems in Lakeville MN,Monday night meal will be at the Roasted Pear in Burnsville MN. Rooms have been blocked for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights if necessary.

New for the springmeeting, we are offering polo shirts with the Upper Midwest Utility Fleet Council logo. The cut off date to order is March 31st, Men’s sizes are M-2XL, women’s sizes are S-1X, these can be found when registering for the meeting.

Hotel information is provided below. Please make your own reservations ASAP, there are a limited number of rooms available. The room rate is $84plus tax per night please mention the Upper Midwest Utility Fleet Council when making the reservation. This meeting will be held at:

If you are an associate member and would like to make a presentation during one of the associate member time slots please contact Randy for registration and details. Note, there are just a few times available for associate presentations so contact Randy as soon as you can.

We have put together a survey for the 50’ and greaterDigger Derricks for the spring meeting. We had great participation. Hope you all can find time to participate again this year.
