DCF Process Rules:•Rule 1- DCF report will transmit all IBM PNs with a logistics of BuySell (BS), DirectSource (DS) and DirectBuy (DB) and will contain the data elements when NO error is found.
•Rule 2 - DCF report will only transmit the following data when an inaccurate contract or price data is found. These errors will be reported to GCMs for correction.
•Rule 3- DCF report will only transmit the following data when a valid Price is available and Quota (Award split) is invalid. These errors will be reported to GCMs for correction
