Check out will be accomplished by appointment only after you have notified us that the home is ready for inspection. Checkouts are scheduled Monday-Friday (except holidays) between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All utilities must be on at time of check out. You will be charged $25.00 if a second trip is required.

NOTE TO RESIDENT: You have seven (7) days from the date your lease is signed to report in writing any deficiencies not noted on this property check list. After this time you will be held responsible for damage/deficiencies not noted.
