BEPC Show Jump Event Information
The Baldivis events are a part of the PCAWA Series Classes. The following are the height and age groups for the PCAWA series.
60cm to 70cm Height Classes 12yrs & Under/13yrs – 15yrs/16yrs & Over
75cm – 85cm Height Classes 12yrs & Under/13yrs – 15yrs/16yrs & Over
90cm – 100cm Height Classes 14 yrs & Under/15 yrs & Over
105cm – 115cm Height Classes 14 yrs & under/15yrs & Over
***Open riders are welcome to compete at all Baldivis Show Jumping Events***
Arena one (training rounds)
Pre entry $5 training rounds
On the day $10 training rounds (only if there less than 20 pre entry-riders per height)
•Arena will be open for walking at approx. 7.30am for 8.00 start
•Courses will be open for walking before each height change for approx 10min only
•PCAWA Approved helmets, boots and long sleeves are mandatory
•Open riders are not required to wear jackets, pony club rally uniforms are suitable for pony club riders in Arena one
•PCAWA Gear Check rules will be enforced
•Once on course, if you have 3 refusals at one jump, you must move onto the next jump
Arena two AM7 Classes
EA jumping rules apply
The judge’s decision is final
Pre entry only at $10 Per Class
No entries on the day
•Arena will be open for walking at approx. 8.15am for 8.30 start
•Horse and rider combinations can enter in Arena One and/or Arena Two but Arena Two must take precedence, as it is in draw order
•Open riders are to wear hacking jackets, pony club riders to wear their formal Pony Club uniform. Approved helmets and boots, as PCAWA gear check rules will be enforced.
•Ribbons will be presented to 6th place
•Ribbons can be collected from the club room 30 minutes from time of posting
General Information

Any one rider can only enter a maximum of 2 horses
Horse and rider combinations can enter maximum 4 rounds on the day
Ground Fee is per horse excluding Baldivis Members
Baldivis Equestrian & Pony Club (BEPC) retains the right to change the program at any time or reschedule any event
Parking is limited at Baldivis Equestrian & Pony Club. Please follow directions of Parking
Attendants. Trucks and floats with yards are advised to park on the grass adjacent to Tinson Rd. Parking in the fenced parking area is for non-yarded horses. Cars without floats are asked to Park on Lugg Rd.
A limited number of day yards may be available for hire ($10), First in best yards (10 yards with gates, other yards have chain gates)
Leave the grounds as found, pick up and take home your horse’s poo and hay or dispose in the provided trailer.
No rider under 18 years is to be left on the grounds without a parent/guardian.
Canteen will be available on day Sorry No Dogs allowed Gates open 7.00am
PAYMENT& REGISTRATION

Entries close 14th of July or when classes are full.
Refunds minus $10 Admin Fee will be available upon presentation of doctors or vet certificate, once draw is posted. Refunds before the draw is posted are available minus $10 admin fee.
**COMPULSORY HELPERS**
Each rider must nominate a helper over the age of 17yrs. One Horse – One Helper – if the same helper is nominated for more than one rider they will get more than one job.
The Organising Committee of this event, The PCAWA and the Baldivis Equestrian & Pony Club, or any person acting on their behalf, do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, competitors, spectators or any person or property whatsoever. All Competitors compete at their own risk.

*Please note that the Organisers will try and accommodate preference but this may not be possible. First nominations received get priority.
If your helper does not report to the office or do their duty, the rider may be disqualified from any future event at Baldivis. Please do your duty as required.
All Baldivis members are also asked to assist with arena set up at 7am but please also nominate one of the above.
With everyone’s helper duty being completed the day runs quicker and there are happy riders, parents and horses!
