______Budget and Finance Expenditure Committee
The major responsibility of the VOWS Budget Committee is to learn and communicate the HOA budgetary and management processes. This committee works with both Premier Communities and the Board of Directors to formulate annual budgets. Bring along your expertise and get involved!
______Communication Committee
The Communication Committee assists Premier Communities with content and advertising for The Villages of Woodland Springs Word newsletter and HOA Website. The committee’s goal is to keep the community in the loop about important activities, events and actions, and to help the neighborhood communicate effectively by providing easy-to-use communications resources.
______Safety Committee
The Safety Committee is dedicated to keeping The Villages of Woodland Springs neighborhood safe through the Crime Watch program, Code Blue and keeping residents apprised of safety concerns. They also work with the City of Fort Worth to address safety concerns such as traffic flow, speed enforcement and other civil issues.
______Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee is the "eyes" of the community and advises Premier of any landscaping needs. We realize that you are the first person to notice if the landscaping looks great, if a sprinkler head needs repairing, or if the entry lights need replacing. The landscape committee also conducts a "Yard-of-the-Month" contest or other related activities.
______Architectural Control Committee
The ACC reviews homeowner applications for exterior improvements. As required in the Declaration, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) must approve all exterior improvements in writing. The ACC will review applications and make recommendations to the ACC, or the developer.
______Events Committee
The Social Committee initiates and plans social events for the community. Activities range from holiday parties, community barbeques, and pool socials. Come meet your neighbors and help plan some great events!
______Welcome Committee
The Welcome Committee is that very important “friendly face” – greeting all newcomers to The Villages of Woodland Springs Community.
______Pool Committee
The Pool and Sports Committee includes the pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts. The committee also organizes swim lessons, water aerobic classes, pool functions, etc.
