Insurance Enrollment instruction for newly eligible employees:

Enrollment will be done over the internet.

There are 2 different web sites you will be going to when you are finished with the first one it will take you automatically to the second one. The first web site will allow you to enroll in Medical, Dental, Free Life, Additional Life, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability. The second one will allow you to enroll in the Flexible spending for Medical and Daycare.

YOU HAVE TO GO TO BOTH WEB SITES AND EITHER DECLINE OR ACCEPT ALL COVERAGES.

You will need to go to

Your USER ID is your 6 digit payroll number (example payroll #4069 you will enter 004069.

Your PASSWORD will be the last 4 digits of your SS#.

This will then bring up your personal information that you have to update. You will need to update your dependent (children) information first; this does not automatically cover them on insurance you will elect that after all personal information is updated.

After updating all personal information it will then take you to a screen that gives you info on the benefits that are available to you and the cost.

You will then proceed to accepting or declining coverage’s. You will then be prompted to continue to the applications and beneficiary information at that time for the coverage’s that you have chosen.

When you are finished and have printed what you have chosen you will then click on the final step and it will take you to the Tasc web site to finish. Tasc is where you would elect to enroll in the Flexible spending for Medical and Daycare.

You will enter our Tasc Client ID: 4400-9535-5079 (you must enter the dashes) and your e-mail address. Once you have that information entered you will click submit and it will ask you for your name. You will then get a message saying that it went through successfully. You will receive an e-mail with a personalized login and password to use. You will then go to complete your registration. Enter your new Tasc ID and pin and follow the easy steps.

**Be sure to keep your Login ID and Pin # so you can access your plan information on the website.
