This agreement is attached to and forms as part of the Rental Lease Agreement
ENL HOUSE Apartments Understands that you are willing to stand as a Co-Signor for the applicant applying if ENL HOUSE Apartments grants tenancy to applicant at 3020 University Ave S.E Minneapolis, Minnesota 55414. A Co-Signor should be over 18 with a regular income, which is sufficient to meet their potential liabilities.
Please enclose a $40.00 Application Fee, Please make check payable to ENL HOUSE Apartments. (Full time student amount is $17.00) with Co-Signor $57.00.
The Credit reference agency Mcc Group 10125 Crosstown Circle #100 Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55344 (952) 941-0552 will process your Co-Signor Application form. They will be verifying Criminal history, residential, employment and income history bank and credit history. They may contact you to confirm information once you have returned the documents above.
(I/We) do not expect the tenant to default on their obligations; however you will appreciate that ENL HOUSE needs to have sufficient details from the Co-Signor in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Could I point out that this agreement does potentially entail a substantial liability, if the tenant should default on their tenancy obligations any payments, damages, cleaning charges you would be responsible. The guarantee creates a binding legal contract If you do not fully understand the enclosed guarantee, then I recommended that you take independent legal advice before signing this form.
The tenancy agreement cannot be finalized until we receive all the documents from you.
I authorize investigation of all statements contained for tenant screening as may be necessary in arriving at a tenant decision including a credit check, I understand that the landlord may terminate any rental agreement entered into for any misrepresentations made on the application disclosure form. I promise to guarantee the Tenants' compliance with the financial obligations of this Agreement. I understand that I may be required to pay for rent, cleaning charges, or damage assessments. I/We agree to comply with and uphold all of the terms of the lease agreement. I also understand that this Co-Signor Agreement will remain in force throughout the entire term of the tenant’s tenancy, even if their tenancy is extended and/or changed in its terms. I understand that I am liable with all Tenants and all other Guarantor (Co-Signer with this Rental Lease Agreement.
