Thin Film of fluid seen in left pleural cavity.

. E/O multiple small soft tissue density nodules of variable sizes measurig 5-10 mm noted diffusely in all segments of both lung fields.

. E/O an irregular soft tissue density mass lesion measuring, 5.3 x 2.9 x 6.1 cms noted in left anterior chest wall at the level of surgical site.Lesion is causing destruction of underlying sternum.

Sternum:

Attenuation Pattern Diffuse, decreased attenuation of liver seen.

Impressions: Known case of Carcinoma of left breast stratus-Post modified radical mastectomy.

Multiple lung secondaries.

Chest wall metastasis

19112011--- Bulging and pain @ the surgically operated part of Mastectomy.

Medicines sent—Sterculia-30 4 t.d.s., Aloe Vera, Noni Juice, Wheat grass powder, ENER-G, L1,S1,Detox, C1, Blue light + blue emery paper, Immuno Drops, Derma-P oil, Elixir, Anti-oxidant Caps.,

05122011. Bulging/edema on the post surgical left breast has come down considerably.

After application of blue light on the affected parts of chest and abdomen patient passed stinking stools and had relief thereafter.

21122011: Patient informed over phone that she is sleeping well, no constipation and no problem in breathing. No fatigue.

Patient advised to continue treatment for another 45 days for further improvements.

On15042012----Patient complained of Stomachache, constipation, Insomnia, fatigue, severe knee joint pains-osteo arthritis, loss of appetite.

On 11052012, her son Mr.Madhu told over phone that his mother Mrs.Tayaramma is improving. No constipation, appetite improved considerably, no stomachache, no head ache, sleeping satisfactorily, feeling a bit active. Excepting that she had severe backache and left leg pain. Suggested to contact an acupuncturist for Sciatica pain. Edema on the post-surgical area in the left breast is not reduced. Suggested blue light therapy.

Latest updates as on 03062012—All symptoms vanished and excepting severe stomachache and sciatica pain.

Further treatment suggested—Cort t 200, Carcinoma-200, Carcinosin-30, Cholesterium-30, Cadmium Sulphate-6, Stramonium-30, Phosphorus-30, Arsenic Iodide-6, Carbo Veg-6, LIV-52 tablets, Primose-1000, Nurokind Gold, Ammonium Carbonicum-30, Lachesis-30, + medicines/nutrients already given earlier.

Since, it is a terminal case, she lived peacefully for more than 9 months with not much discomfort.
