MOTION TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION TO SUBMIT A COPY OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT GO TO LATEST RESPONSE
The Complainant, Mid-Hudson Area Local & Consumer, submits a request to include the Documents that were unable to get compressed to the file “Response In Opposition to the Motion To Dismiss” submitted on June 3, 2013. We worked with your IT expert for over an hour attempting to get the complete file submitted. That file was too large which included all the documents, the Response with a request to include all the similar Cases that have been filed by the 6 other offices, as we believe their issues correlate with ours such as we’ve all been denied updated AMP studies that don’t include the new changes and savings that have occurred at all the offices over the last three years. They also have the same issue of being denied un-redacted copies of the original AMP studies. Most importantly all 55 offices were originally postponed until February 2014 due to the fact that all these office would adversely change the service standards. Now the USPS is going behind Congress back and changing them underhandedly and changing companies critical entry time for mail drop off, adversely affecting businesses.
We requested these other Cases C-2013-3,-4,-5,-6,-7,-8,-9 to be considered as similar as was stated on the Response in Opposition to the Motion To Dismiss. We found out too late that we would need all their signatures to include them with our case. We hope that there is some way that the PRC will rule similarly to all the cases if possible.
We request an extension today on these documents due to computer problems in accepting the original file submitted on June 1 and 3, 2013.
Respectfully Submitted,
