A. Minutes approved from July 16, 2008
B. Project Managers’ Reports:
1. Fishman/Haker-
Smith-202 GP-Ramp painting on going.
M.Collins-P3-314- Brick sample approved (Stratford Rose). Tin roof
color, champagne, ASC requested larger color sample. Drainage pipe
under driveway must be installed. Not on file: foundation survey and
county storm water permit.
Church-245 CHD-N/C
Washburn-3283 MVD- Lattice to be installed around foundation.
Murphy-353 LL- House repainting will be completed by Oct.08. Color was approved.
2. Reed-
Carson-P2-298-Fines continue. N/C
Borodotsky-451 LL- Landscape work on going. Will need to submit
detailed plan showing location of additional fill dirt. This should not
impact neighbors property.
Modrowski-295 LL-Enclose screen porch.

Vallante-P2-258- Landscape on going.

Richetti-P1-04- Liens placed.
Knopfle-3303 MVD-gravel driveway extensionmust be corrected with
pervious material.

C. Renovation Requests:
1. Alan Saunders-218 CHD-replace roof shingles with same color
shingles. Gordon approved.
2. Atkinson-96 Genoes Pt-paint house new color, Jekyll Club Cherokee Tan.
ASC approved. Trudy Fishman-project manager
3. Harville-520 Genoes Pt-build an enclosed room over existing deck. This does
not exceed impervious surface allowance. Alan Gassen and Adrienne Reed
project managers.
4. Lydia Dameron-3347 Channel Side-Color sample not submitted for house
painting.
D. Tree Removal Request:
E. Septic Installation Request:
1. Mr. Meng must submit in writing,his acceptance offull responsible for all
maintenance of the portion of hissystem that will travel under POA common
property. The POA Board is considering Mr. Meng’s request for use of the
“commonproperty”.
F. P2-264 v. LFPOA litigation continues.
G. Sharlene and Dwayne - grass testing continues.
H. All ASC construction forms and permits are required to be on file before any lotwork
begins.
