CHOREOGRAPHY : Dance not to exceed 4 minutes including entrance and exit. Must be of Scottish, English, Welsh or Irish Theme. Group to provide own music on tape or CD. Limited to first 6 entries in each age category. (Classes will be combined if entries do not warrant split in age category -this will be danced prior to lunch break).

ENTRY FEE:

Events 1-24 inclusive: $6.00 per dance Events 25-29 inclusive: $7.00 per dance

Event 30 –Small Group Choreography: $30.00

Event 40 – Large Group Choreography: $40.00

AWARDS:Santa’s Fling event will receive Special Awards (This is a normal 4 step Fling)

Special awards & aggregates in all events for Pre-Premier, & Premier Under 16 Yrs.

RULES & REGULATIONS
  1. All rules governed by the SOBHD.
  2. Dancers will compete in reverse order of entry. (First to enter, last to dance)
  3. Judge’s decision will be final. Protests must be made in writing, signed and given to the Competition Secretary on the day of the competition, accompanied by a $25.00 fee – refundable if sustained.
  4. Committee has the right to cancel or combine classes if deemed necessary.
  5. Scotdance/Fusta Registration Cards must be presented in order to receive awards.
  6. Category changes must be made no later than November 28th. Please email all changes to:
  7. All dancers must change in dressing rooms provided for.
  8. All entries must be received no later than November 25, 2015. NOrefundsafter acceptance of entry.
  9. Numbers will be available for pick-up in foyer commencing at 8:00 A.M. Please have registration card with you.
  10. Primary dancers will dance just prior to lunch break.
