ARTWORK INFORMATION
FTP Vendor Account Information
If your company does not have an Vendor FTP account, or if you aren’t sure, please contact your Amway Buyer.
Information required for set up:
- Company Name
- Contact Name, e-mail address and phone number
PLEASE NOTE: Please provide the name and e-mail address(s) of the person(s) responsible for handling the artwork at a detailed level. This should be the contact that will remove and file the artworks from the FTP site once the e-mail notification is received. Please advise Project Management – Artwork or your Amway Buyer if there are personnel changes involving your contacts.
FTP SITE LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all the steps below. This is the information for logging in to ftp.alticor.com. You will receive a separate e-mail with your company’s User name and Password.
1. Copy the ftp command below and paste it into the browser Address field or into the ftp utility you are using:
ftp://ftp.alticor.com
2. The Log On As screen will display; enter the User name as ********. It is case sensitive
3. Enter the password: ********* It is case sensitive. Click Log On.
4. This login with bring you to a page entitled "FTP root at ftp.alticor.com." On this page, click the "Page" icon (upper right on the toolbar) and choose Open FTP site in Windows Explorer.
5. Log in again with the same credentials as above.
If you want to create a folder, click on File on the menu at the top left of the screen. Then click on New, then click on Folder. This will create a folder highlighted in blue. Type in the name of the folder and press <enter>. You can now copy files to the folder.
The last page of the artwork is called the “artwork legend”. If you have any questions specific to the artwork, contact the Project Manager – Artwork (Project Representative), located on the legend. Please see example below.

This includes account set up and locked accounts.
2.Once logged in, the address can be bookmarked or made into a shortcut.
3.All folder content (but not the folders themselves) will auto-delete 15 days after placement on the server.
4.There is a size limit for each account. It's set pretty high, so this shouldn't be an issue, especially since files will auto-delete after 15 days.
5.Each vendor or affiliate has delete rights to their accounts.
