All participants pay an admin fee. This is to cover the cost of processing your registration and your team uniform. For families with more than 2 people (athletes or observers), the first two members each pay the full administrative fee of $250 and all members after that pay half $125

On behalf of myself or the minor Participant Athlete identified above, I understand that by voluntarily submitting my application for the 2017 US National Traditional Wushu Team (hereby referred to as “the Team”) sponsored and organized by the United States of America Wushu-Kungfu Federation, Inc. (USAWKF), I hereby release the USAWKF, its officers, agents, representatives, assigns, and members from any and all claims, suits, or controversies at law or in equity that I or the minor Participant maysustain by any reason, matter, or cause in connection with the minor Participant's participation with the Team. I agree that I am fiscally responsible for all charges and fees as listed under “Total Due” and any other applicable charges or fines resulting from my or the minor Participant's participation with the Team. I further agree to indemnify the USAWKF for any unforeseen charges, fines, or costs resulting from my or the minor Participant's participation with the Team.
