LETTER OF MANDATE FOR INTERNET BANKING FACILITIES

(Applicable for linking and transacting Partnership Accounts on IDEAL, Internet Banking)

Dear Sir,

I/We, __________________________________________________________________________(All Account holders other than the first holder/holders) the undersigned, am/are the joint account holder(s) of Bank Account No. _____________________in the name of Ms……………………………….(the ''said account')opened/established with DBS Bank Limited ("DBS Bank") along with __________________________ (name of the first holder) who is one of our partners. I/We hereby authorize ________________________(name of the first holder) to view/access and view/access/transact/operate on the said account(s) and also view/access/transact/operate the said accounts for and on my/our behalf and on behalf of our firm by way of Internet Banking service provided by the bank (IDEAL). I/We declare, affirm, confirm and undertake that I/we have read and understood the Terms and Conditions for usage of the Internet Banking service of DBS Bank Limited(IDEAL), as displayed on the website www.dbs.com, and that I/we agree to abide by the same.

I/We understand the implications of this authorization/mandate given to Mr./Ms………………….. (name of the first holder) to view/access/transact/operate our firms aforesaid account through IDEAL and in consideration of your having allowed the same at our request, we the undersigned partners of the firm do hereby agree and undertake on behalf of our firm and on our behalf to indemnify you and your successors and assigns at all times against any and all loss or damage that may be caused to you for allowing Mr/Ms………………… (name of the first holder) to view/access/transact/operate the firms Account as aforesaid. We shall on demand from you in writing pay you such loss or damage without any objections or dispute raised by us or by our representatives or anyone else for any reason whatsoever.

I/We hereby state that should I/we wish to revoke the above authorization/mandate I/we shall duly issue a letter of revocation ('' the revocation letter'') to DBS Bank Ltd in this regard.
