2016-17 Living Materials Center List
INSTRUCTIONS: The following live specimens/materials will be supplied by the Living Materials Center for the 2016-17 school year. Complete an LMC Request Form and submit AT LEAST TWO WEEKS prior to your requested delivery date. Send completed request forms to DISD Box 172 or via email to: . Or fax your form to: 972-749-6901. Live specimens cannot be returned to the LMC! The LMC only provides the organisms; it does not provide terraria, cages, bottles, food, animal bedding, or aquariums, filters, gravel, equipment, etc.
