We would like to have a completed survey from every resident aged 16 and over who lives in the area.
CONFIDENTIALITY Please be assured that your responses will be treated as confidential. The analysis of the questionnaires is to be carried out by an independent market research agency and they are bound by the Data Protection Act. The results will be presented collectively and individuals will not be identified in any way.

How do I complete the survey?
You can:-
- Complete the survey on-line at or by clicking on the SURVEY link on the Loggerheads Parish Council website – this would help us to significantly reduce survey costs. (There will be an additional spot prize draw of £50 for surveys completed on-line) or
- Complete this paper copy of the survey and return in the freepostenvelope providedor
- You can return your completed survey to the various drop off points at the Co-op, Post Office and Library in Loggerheads, Hugo Meynell or St Mary’s Schools, or thedoctor’s surgery in Ashley.
- If you have a disability that precludes you from using any of the other services, please call 01630 673426 to arrange collection.
If you need more copies of this questionnaire (e.g. for other family members) these can be downloaded from LPC website collected from the library or call 01630 673426.
We would really like you to supply your contact details so we can contact you again in the future, and in return we will enter you into a prize draw for £100.(See page 10)
