- Limited powered sites – limited in capacity and limited in numbers.When all powered sites are booked, cancellations will be given on a ‘first in’ basis. The ACTA Grounds are not a caravan park, so use of appliances will be limited. No permanent connection to water – top up tanks only. Air conditioners only with permission of our First Aid Team. Sites are only confirmed when full payment is made.Powered sites must be paid in full.Unpowered $100 deposit balance by15/12/2018. Limited 4 day sites available.
Fees include campsite pvpn + entertainment, seminars, games and other activities costs excludes woodwork or craft kits. - In consideration of others, generators may only be used between 8 and 11 am and between 4 and 8 pm.
- Arrival time is at the time nominated on your Squawker’s Permit–Friday April 19for both 7 day and 4 day attendees.
Arrival times are staggered to ease traffic congestion. Departure before 2 pm on Friday April 26, 2019. Squawkers’ Permits are only emailed to ensure an email address is included whether it is yours, a family member or friend who can pass on the details. - Dogs must be on lead at all times. Other than assistance animals, they are not allowed in the Food Court, Club House or Crow Central. An off leash area for under control dogs will be designated in your program. Any hassle in this area is your responsibility.
- Refund conditions: All cancellations must be in writing and incur a $50 administration fee up to April 14, 2019. No refunds after

2019 Stone the Crows Bookings
The Chief Crows want to acknowledge the loyalty of our flock by always giving them first option to book again for future events. Understandably not everyone can come every year, due to family or other commitments.
To give our attendees present and past the best option to book for 2019, bookings will on Easter Sunday April 1 at 8.30 am and close at 5 pm on Thursday April 5. This will give you a few days to decide if you want to join the nesting of the flock at the same place next Easter. Dates for 2019 will be arrival on April 19 (Good Friday) and the final concert will be Thursday night April 25 (Anzac Day).
There will be a booking form available on the website simultaneously to include those not on site this year.
The theme for 2019 will obviously be an appreciation and celebration of those who sacrificed so much in order to give us the freedom to enjoy our wonderful lifestyle – through all wars – the ANZAC soldier is owed an incredible debt of gratitude.
Since we started the Festival in 2013, enquiries, bookings and organization have grown so much that it is a part time occupation for six months and virtually full time for the rest of the year.After the 2018 event closes, bookings will not reopen until October 1, 2018 and siting preferences will be given in the usual manner to those having special needs, such as restricted mobility, groups and those who book during this year’s event.
You will see that the cost for 2019 has risen by $3 per person per day. This takes into account our increased expenses incurred as a result of the fantastic new auditorium, complete with air conditioning and padded chairs (great for our age demographic) plus the infrastructure costs for all the other activities, games, workshops plus the quality of entertainment – and finally trying to look into the crystal ball to forecast costs such as electricity, water and gas.
The ACTA grounds are not a caravan park and will never be, but the hire fee paid to date has all gone back into drainage, earthworks, transformer upgrade, resulting in some additional power sites and general maintenance. This is all to our benefit.
Our volunteers are incredibly valuable and their contribution will always be acknowledged in a number of ways. Without them, we could not afford to bring you the constant quality and variety of entertainment every night.
2019 will also see a very special polo shirt, yet another acknowledgement of the ANZAC spirit. So watch for the opportunity to pre-order this limited edition item.
