** Players must ensure that they are available to play at the scheduled starting time of each event as no effort will be made by the Tournament Committee to locate those absent.**
The Committee reserves the right:
(a) to refuse any entry.
(b) to cancel any event for which less than 8 (eight) entries are received.
(c) to decide eligibility of players for any event.
(d) to alter times of play if necessary.
(e) to determine whether an event will be played as a round robin or knockout event and the size of round robin groups.

VETERAN EVENTS
Conditions of Entry
Please retain for your information.
1. The Championships will be held under T.T.S.A. Inc., T.T.A. and I.T.T.F.
regulations and the current Laws of Table Tennis.
2. All events will be the best of five (5) games to 11 points (Advantage).
3. Singles Events will be conducted on a Knock-out basis.
4. There will be a Consolation Singles for the losers of the first rounds in the Singles events (if suitable number of entrants).
5. 40mm 3-Star White balls will be used in all events (no white shirts to be worn). (Note - The new ‘plastic’ balls will be used if the ATTC’s order for new plastic balls is able to be met by the tournament date.)
6. Players are required to umpire as requested.
7. A 2-minute warm-up period applies and play MUST commence after this time.
8. All competitors must be registered members of a registered Club or
Association affiliated with the T.T.S.A. Inc., or with the T.T.A.
9. Dress regulations of the T.T.S.A. Inc, and the T.T.A. will be enforced.
NO tracksuits or part thereof may be worn while playing except with the permission of the referee.
10. Each match shall be controlled by an Umpire, whose decision shall be final in point of fact. The Referee's decision shall be final on point of Law.
11. Players absent when called upon to play AT ANY TIME will render themselves liable to disqualification.
12. No gluing or regluing of rackets is permitted within the stadium.
Only ITTF approved glues may be used by players.
13. ELIGIBILITY. Age as at 31st December 2015.
14. No late entries will be accepted. (Entries close 20th February 2015)
15. Please consider the timetable when entering events.
16. Expedite rule will be applied in accordance with the rules.
17. Players may only play in two adjoining age groups e.g. 30/40, 40/50, 50/60, 60/70.
18. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to :
1) The cancellation of any event, due to insufficient entries
2) Refuse an entry
3) Alter times of play if necessary
4) Add late entries where players have withdrawn due to illness or
Injury in accordance with I.T.T.F. Rule. 3.5.4.5.
