There is no emailed only option for programme, a full programme will only be mailed to those who pay the $8 programme fee. A schedule showing class times only will be emailed free of charge to everyone who enters and provides their email address, please print clearly.
Admin Fee Compulsory (1 per family) $20.00 per person/family,this includes door entry except for Troupe Nights where there will be a door charge Adults $6 Children/Senior $3 Dancers free.

COMPETITION RULES:
1No Tap Shoes to be worn in the hall and No spraying of shoes in the hall or grounds or dressing rooms
2The Adjudicators decision is final
3The committee reserves the right to divide, delete or combine classes if necessary
4Restricted classes are for competitors who have never won that particular section at closing date of entries
5No competitor who has been taught by the Adjudicator during one year preceding this competition shall be eligible to compete
6Competitors dance at their own risk
7Competitors shall dance in order of the programme or at the discretion of the Stage Manager
8Programme times are approximate only and competitors must be ready and prepared to dance 45 minutes before time or as stated in programme.
9No refunds will be given unless the committee has cancelled a class
10Cups & Trophies remain the property of the Bev Birch School of Dance and must be returned clean, and in good order, the following year. Entries will not be accepted from any dancer until trophies arereturned
11Cups and trophiesmust be signed for, book will be sidestage when trophies are presented
12CDs preferred (one dance per CD)
13No videoing is allowed without prior permission from the committee
14Competitor’s age shall be taken as at the first day of competition. Entrants must be of age stated in class.
For Duos Trios and Troupes,the average age of competitors is to be used.
15Championship competitors must dance in their Tap Solo to be eligible to compete in a Championship. For Tap Championships age groups 10 yrs & over, a 3 speed dance is required (in any order).
16Solo, Duo & Trio items must not exceed 3 mins under 12, 4 mins 12 yrs & over. Troupe classes 5 mins. Time will be taken from adjudicator’s bell if time is pressing
17This competition is for amateurs only
18Duos & Trios A competitor may appear no more than twice in the same class and must have a different partner
19Please ensure mobile phones are turned off in the Hall
20Song & Dance classes are for Tap OR Soft Shoe styles
