Further to our invitation to celebrate Beloved Master’s 77th Birth Anniversary at Hyderabad, we are furnishing the following details for your information and compliance:

Celebration Dates:

23th July, 24th July and 25th July 2004 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Celebration Venue:

Zonal Ashram, Parthasarathi Nagar, Thumukunta Post, Hyderabad 500 078

(Phone: +91 8418 247184 / +91 8418 247456) on Rajiv Gandhi Highway (The venue is about 17 Km from Secunderabad Railway Station and 18 Km from Hyderabad Airport.)

Accommodation:

Arranged at the venue.

Delegate Donation and Registration:

It has been decided with the consent of our Beloved Master to keep the Delegate donation for the celebrations at Rs.300/- per person. Centres-in-charge / Preceptors / Contact persons are requested to collect the delegate donations and send them by DD favouring Shri Ram Chandra Mission payable at Hyderabadto the following address, along with duly filled in Registration Forms. (Form-1)

Delegate donations for overseas abhyasis: Rs. 300 (Rupees Three hundred). This can be paid at the venue. Advance remittances are not required.

Identity Cards:

Abhyasis who have been supplied with photo identity cards by the Mission are

requested to produce them at the registration counters on arrival.

Senior Citizens:

To make the stay of senior citizens comfortable, special arrangements are being made.

Rail/Road/Air Network

Hyderabad is a Metropolitan City with over 80 lakh population, well connected by Rail, Road and Air. Indian Air Lines/ Jet Airlines operate daily flights from all major cities. Hyderabad and Secunderabad, called the twin cities, are also served by South Central Railway. Inter-State road transport facility is also available. (City Buses bearing Nos.211A, 211B, 211D, 211E, 211K, 211S,

211T, 211U from Secunderabad Railway Station ply on the route to venue.)

Reservations:

Since Rail, Road and Air reservations are all done now-a-days on Computer networks from anywhere to anywhere, all abhyasis are requested to make their own arrangements (for return journey also) at the starting point itself.

Climate:

July is a month where rain is expected at Hyderabad. Please come prepared suitably.

Hotel Accommodation:

Those abhyasis preferring hotel accommodation may please inform at least one month in advance. The average tariff per day is as under:

Ordinary:Rs. 500 - Rs. 800

DeluxeRs. 1000 – Rs. 3000

Super DeluxeRs. 4000 – Rs. 6000

Please inform your e-mail address to confirm receipt of demand draft and availability of rooms. Approximate distance of hotel accommodation from function venue is 20 Kms. Abhyasis will be expected to make their own arrangements for transport from hotel to venue and back.

Transportation:

Abhyasis shall be picked up by volunteers from Airport and Railway Stations from 22nd July 2004 (6 a.m.) onwards depending upon advance information received. However, if any group of abhyasis in good number are coming earlier to 22nd July, necessary transport arrangements will be made on advance information. Those abhyasis getting down at Secunderabad station are requested to go to Boiguda entrance from where transportation arrangements are made. Since the budgeted expenditure is huge, we solicit your generous support by liberal donations,which are eligible for exemption under Section 80-G of the I.T.Act. Please send donations by Demand Draft favouring Shri Ram Chandra Mission payable at Hyderabad.

Children’s Centre

Dear Brothers and Sisters, 12-April-2004

We wish to bring to your kind notice that we are setting apart a sizeable space for ‘children’s centre’ wherein everything including food etc. will be provided there itself without disturbing the children to go about from the children’s center.

To enable us to make necessary arrangements we request you to kindly email us the following details to the email id:

Number of children attending the celebrations from your center with details such as name, age, date of birth, parents’ name, address, phone number, center, talents/hobbies.
Details of volunteers – preferably teachers – willing to work in children’s center and Value Based Spiritual Education Center (VBSE).
Details of the programmes to be presented by your center at the children’s center during the celebrations.
You are requested to bring along with you the required items for programmes such as Costumes, Make-up kit etc. Also indicate the list of materials, displays, games, art and craft items, paintings etc. being brought by you.
Information and necessary requirements for handicapped children has to be informed in advance.

Your cooperation is solicited to make the celebrations a wonderful experience for all of us.

As you are aware, for the 77th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of our Beloved Master Chariji Maharaj we need volunteers in large numbers. We request you to send names of able bodied, service oriented and dedicated volunteers from your Centre in the following format for the various activities during the Celebrations, such as Security, Sanitation, Accommodation, Kitchen, Transportation etc.
