- Execute the Rental agreement with the tenant and the owner
- Collection and deposit of "Security Deposit Cheque" into the owner's account

- Collection and deposit of Rental cheques into the owner's account and provide the scanned bank deposit slip

- Provide the owner with half yearly property inspection report and photographs
