For BOTH MEETS: Each TEAM is asked to provide a minimum of two (2) meet helpers. Please check in at the finish line prior to the start of the field events. We may, or may NOT need their services, but please have someone available, just in case!

Entries due:Thursday, March 20th at 8:00 p.m. for the March 22nd Decorah Invitational

Thursday, March 27th at 8:00 p.m. for the March 29th South Winn Invite

Entry limits: Unlimited entries in all events.

Entry procedure: List your best performer first, with projected or approximate time/height/distance.

Be sure your best performer has the best performance listed of your entered athletes.

55 meter dash = PLEASE enter projected times for 100 meter dash!

55 meter hurdles = PLEASE enter projected times for the 100/110 meter hurdles!

Entry Fee: $80 per team, per gender ($160 for both boys and girls)Make checks payable to: Luther College.

Scoring: No team scores will be kept.

Shot Put: 4 attempts per contestant. Throwing ring is plywood.

Long Jump:4 attempts, no finals. Unlimited approach on track surface (1/4” spikes).

Triple Jump: 4 attempts, no finals. Unlimited approach on track surface (1/4” spikes).

High Jump: On track infield (may use 1’4” pyramid spikes). Starting heights will be determined at the meet.

Facility:200 meter track, 6 lanes, Martin Surface (poured polyurethane) -- 1/4” pyramid spikes only. Spikes must be pyramid – no “Christmas tree” spikes.

Enter Facility at the southwest corner entrance. There is a circle drive drop-off zone at this location. Buses should park in the lot north of the Regents Center.

Team Camps: Are allowed on the infield and east gymnasium (next to the lobby) -- PLEASE instruct athletes to clean up after themselves! We will provide trash containers, so please use them!

Locker Rooms and Showers: Will be available on the lower level of the Regents Center. Furnish your own towels and padlocks. You will be responsible for your own valuables.

Concessions: Provided by Subway of Decorah.

Admission fee for spectators: $4 for adults; $2 for students/senior citizens; Free = ages 5 & under, bus drivers

Meet Results will be available within 10 minutes of the completion of the meet
