2008-2011Axance (French leading UX design agency) -User Experience Designer
3 yearsSample of projects and assignments:
- For over a year, I was the leadingUX designer on this project, creating an entirely new web presence for Univadis / Merck Medicus, including new responsively designed website, iPhone and iPad apps. This portal of services provided by MSD (French branch of Merk Sharp & Dohme) is designed to enhance the world’s top GPs and health specialists practices. I took part and animated several brainstorming sessions, workshops and meetings with marketing board, product leaders, and top-executives. I designed along with the Axance team an innovative, user-centered, and highly reliable solution is meant to deployed in +15 countries in the world including USA, UK, FR, JPN, GER, SW, etc. Early in my career, this multimillion dollars project gave me a unique experience of complex transversal project planning, brand redesign, content management and high-level user experience design.
- Working for Axance, I also was the project manager and leading UX designer of several TV/VOD services for Alcatel-Lucent. These projects led to the delivery of several interfaces fordesktopcomputers, interactive TV, tabletsand mobile devices. These UIs and services are now distributed as a white label to top European VOD providers like Vodafone, Telefonica, Orange, and so on. I planned the 2-3 transversal projects, handledthe functional requirements and high technical constraints, manageda team of more than 5 people including user researchers, visual designers and IT team based in France, Spain and Romania.
- Later, I was the leading UX designerof the new Apec.frwebsite and iPhone app for the premier recruitment agency for French managers. In 2010, after a new Euopean policy stated that l’Apec would be soon stripped of its public funding, the company had to reinvent itself to find independent revenue streams. I helped to conceptualised a new global web strategy to meet company’s highly ambitious new business requirements. For over a year,I worked closely with Internet executive board, product managers, and other contractors likeSteriaone of the top IT consultancy firm in Europe.

This approach gives him the opportunity to tackle the issues of interaction not only on a functional design approach but also on business issues. It is strengthen by the fact that his "youth" allows him to immediately integrate the new trends in web design and mobile applications."
