Terms and Conditions:

SafetyInstruction.com is proud to provide to our customers the finest, most technically accurate OSHA compliant software available! Our company strives to bring you the highest quality product at the greatest value possible. When purchasing SafetyInstruction.com software, customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in our software licensing agreement. Shipping Policy:

SafetyInstruction.com is very proud to be one of the few web sites that offer large corporate preferred pricing to small businesses and consumers. All orders are processed the same day as received during normal business hours. Occasionally an item may be delayed. If the delay is more than a day or two, we will contact you for further instructions on the item.
Orders for E-mail delivery that are placed on Friday after 3pm CST through Sunday, will be sent out on the following Monday.
All order processing is handled by Nexstep Inc. Their state of the art ordering processing center is located at: 3215 West Lawrence Street · Appleton WI 54912. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as Nexstep Inc. If you should have any questions concerning order processing and / or billing please feel free to call (920) 968-0539.
International Orders: Payments for international orders must be completed via bank wire transfer. Please contact one of our customer representatives for details. Tax and shipping charges are not automatically calculated on international orders. You will be contacted by our Sales Department within 2 business days of placing an international order to confirm shipping, sales tax and other fees which may be associated with export.
All shipping charges to either Alaska or Hawaii are subject to change.
Sales Tax: All sales are subject to sales tax.
Wisconsin: A 5% sales tax will be applied
US locations outside of Wisconsin: 0%

Our rigid security policy and control measures insure your confidential information is handled with the highest professional standards. No information is ever sold or borrowed to other companies or organizations.

Errors and Omissions: We make every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at SafetyInstruction.com.
Our Return policies are as follows:

Damaged software will be gladly replaced for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. You must call to express your desire for an exchange. So we may improve our products in the future, please include a letter outlining your reason for invoking our exchange provision.
As with other software manufacturers, we are also unable to accept returns for credit of all software. Software purchased with purchase orders, in the unlikely event that the disk is defective, cannot be exchanged until paid in full.
If you need to return an item due to damage or the program does not meet your companies needs, we will gladly give you credit for use on SafetyInstruction.com. Items must be shipped post paid to our distribution center. Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount. Items should be insured on the return shipping.

Licensing Agreement:

This is a single location software license. This license does not enable the user to resell or redistribute this software. Multiple location licenses are available at a discounted price. In order to keep our customers with OSHA compliant software at very affordable prices, we have implemented our low cost single user license. Please call our customer service staff for additional discounts on multiple locations.
For your protection and peace of mind, each piece of software sold has a uniquely embedded code, identifying the original purchaser of this software. Further, anytime your safety program, or portion of, is transmitted via e-mail, a locator code is transmitted to our data center. This proprietary process allows you, our customer; to make sure your custom modified program cannot be used or stolen by any unauthorized personnel.
