Addendum: 5FM Live Loud Birthday Party In a Box Giveaway

  1. In addition to 5FM’s standard Competition Terms and Conditions, the below conditions also apply forthe 5FM Live Loud Party in a Box giveawayon 5FM from 26 Octoberto 1 November 2015.
  2. The giveaway takes place from Monday, 26October2015 to Sunday, 1 November2015.
  3. The giveaway can take place at any time on any 5FM show.
  4. To participate, participants must email a voicenote of their 5FM Live Loud birthday wishes to . Then listen for their voice message, played out on 5FM. Should the contestant hear their voice message played out, they must call the studio competition line within 10 minutes.
  5. Should the contestant call back within the 10 minutes, they stand the chance to win the Party in a Box prize.
  6. Should the contestant fail to call back within the 10 minutes, the prize will roll over to the next competition moment.
  7. Due to concert restrictions and the Party in a Box contents, the prize is restricted to entrants 18 years or over.
  8. The prize is a Party in a Box and includes:
  9. 4 x tickets to Electric Summer in either Cape Town on 7 November 2015 on Johannesburg on 8 November 2015.
  10. 2 x tickets to Ultraat either Nasrec Expo Centre, Johannesburg on 26 and 27 February 2016 or the Ostrich Ranch, Cape Town on 27 and 28 February 2016.
  11. Refreshments; selection of cider or beer
  12. Snacks; selection of sweets, nuts and biltong
  13. 5FM merchandise
  14. A 15% discount voucher for 5FM Gear; redeemable on 5FM.co.za
  15. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or anything whatsoever not detailed in the definition of the prize above.
  16. 5FM will attempt, to the best of its ability, to provide tickets that will be most suitable to the winner, but 5FM does not make any guarantee of the prize’s suitability.
  17. The winners must able to take up their concert tickets on the concert dates as stipulated above.
  18. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 5FM and the prize sponsors accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, 5FM and the prize sponsors, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. To the extent permitted by law: (a) 5FM and the prize sponsors make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize; and (b) no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
  19. 5FM will contact the winners telephonically to make prize arrangements.
