PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The focus of the Unserved/Underserved Victim Advocacy and Outreach (XV) Program is to provide culturally appropriate direct victim service delivery to unserved/underserved victims of crime and socially isolated populations. Subrecipients must respond to the emotional and physical needs of victims with trauma informed culturally sensitive direct services. The XV Program is also designed to improve the knowledge about accessing local services available to crime victims. The XV Program unserved/underserved victim populations are:
