YMCA Regional Bus Trip-Swim Meet Information
March 2-4, 2012
Meet Location: West Family YMCA-Boise, ID. 5959 N. Discovery Place, Boise, ID 83713.
Motel: Riverside Hotel -2900 Chinden Blvd. Todd has sent in rooming list for all swimmers & families:
Transportation: Chartered Bus
Cost of Trip:
Motel: Swimmer and Chaperone cost: $53.50 per person must be paid with Cash-Debit Card-or Credit Card at Check in by swimmers & chaperones.
Note: Menendez family, Howat family, Ray, and Amr family will pay there own room charge.
Bus: $90-$100 per swimmer/chaperones $25 bus fee- bus fee billed to SAS account.
Y Championship T-shirt: $10 billed to SAS account
Food cost: Each swimmer/chaperone pays own meals. Breakfast at motel is free.
Schedule: Friday, March 2 6am Load at North Y-Depart 6:15am
6:35am pick up (4th and Maple-Grocery Outlet)
6:50am pick up (Cheney Gas Station)
Rest stop-Tri City Safeway Store
Lunch stop Oregon
Arrive Boise YMCA 3:15-330pm
4pm warm-up 5pm meet starts
Dinner then to motel
Sat, March 3
6-645 am Breakfast at motel
650am depart for pool
7:30am warm up – meet starts at 9am
Eat lunch at pool
Dinner then to motel
Sun, March 4 6-645am Breakfast at motel
6:50am depart for pool
7:30 am warm up – meet starts at 9am
Eat lunch at pool
Depart for Spokane- rest and dinner stop
Estimated arrival to Spokane 9-10pm
