EVERY MONTH THE TRIBE WILL HAVE $100 MILLION TO MULTIPLY THROUGH a PPP (provided Participants do not break their pledges and promises to faithfully pay their monthly $100.00 dues) whose yield of $500 million every 30 days will facilitate the purchase of more homes to accommodate one million people; and to fund our Tribal Police Force, with tax exempt facilities and amenities for offices, courts, jails, schools, hospitals grocery stores, gas stations, and the employment of a large number of suitably qualified personnel.

The tribal government can thus be structured and fully operational. Political and economic independence is automatically guaranteed.

Many will be skeptical of this Plan and Program because they are so used to “banks,” “interest payments,” and “mortgages,” collection calls, foreclosure notices and eviction threats, all of which are legally proven to be fraudulent. However, this Plan and Program is new, may be even considered innovative, but it has been tested in international markets.
