SCHOLARSHIP

CRITERIA:

  • All Newfane High School seniors entering their freshman year at a College, University or Technology school are eligible to receive this scholarship.
  • Applicants must submit the completed Scholarship Application form and essay postmarkedbyMay 28, 2014 to:

  • Completed applications and related materials will be reviewed by the Newfane Sports Boosters Scholarship Committee to determine the winners. Candidates will be selected based on their participation in athletics, leadership in school and the community, essay, and academic record.
  • The Boosters reserve the right not to award a scholarship if a worthy candidate does not apply.
  • One $100 scholarshipwill be awarded to a graduating male student.
    One $100 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating female student.
  • The winning candidates will be announced at Senior Awards Night.
  • Scholarship will not be awarded until a copy of the college registration is received by Jeff Brown, President.
  • Payment will be made directly to the college student.
