- A free consultation to discuss menus and catering ideas. A visit to venue location to discuss function day requirements.
- All prices include the provision of crockery, cutlery, paper napkins and service equipment for the occasion.
- White Linen for buffet table.
- Complimentary use of cake knife.
- Should you wish to provide your own wines and champagnes – we will handle, chill and serve them free of charge (no corkage fee). We will also dispose of all empty wine bottles.
- A delivery and collection service is also provided free of charge within a 10 mile radius of central York. All our deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles.
What is Not Included
- Serving staff are not included within the prices stated, but can be arranged. All serving staff are charged at £11.95 per hour.
- Any loss of crockery, glassware etc or breakages will incur a replacement charge.
- Additional crockery and tableware can be provided at a small charge.
- All prices are subject to VAT currently charged at 20%, until further notice. VAT registration number 926 8396 78.
- Extra dishes may be added to menus at an extra charge, if required.
- We can supply all glassware for your occasion at a charge of 10p per item.
- Should a temporary kitchen be required for a marquee occasion, a set up fee of £50.00 is applicable.

Menus
All menus are suggestions only. Menus can be tailored to suit your own preferences or dietary requirements. We do endeavour to keep to the menu description but there may be occasions beyond our control when market prices fluctuate or products become unavailable, we do reserve the right to make certain changes to the menu description.
Prices
All menus prices stated are per person and subject to VAT.
Settlement of Account
All final invoices will be posted within 7 days from date of event with final account being due within 7 days from date of invoice. Please make Cheques payable to Purple Chilli Events Catering Specialists. We reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 4% above bank base rate on all overdue accounts. We also offer the option of paying by most reputable credit cards/debit cards.
