This broadcast announces the release of Supplement 3 to Statewide Contract 1-09-70-07 for PC Goods – Rugged Laptops (Dell). Supplement 3 announces the following:

· The contract term has been extended for one (1) additional year. The new contract term is 6/11/2009 through 6/10/2013.

· The DGS contract administrator is changed from Marc Anderson to Christina Nunez.
