I only ask that you forward a copy of the letter to me. The addresses follow:

If you have any questions about the Fall 2015 ASAPP After School Adapted
Physical-activity Program a brochure and program information is available online.
http://www.csulb.edu/colleges/chhs/departments/kin/community/ASAPP.htm
If you are interested, be advised that returning children from last year’s program are given first priority and a waiting list based on a first come first serve basis will be started. However we have opening available. In order to assure a quality program the number of available openings is extremely limited to a student assistant to child ratio of no more than 1:2. Usually there are no more than 12-15 children attending the program. I anticipate openings and you can fill out application on the brochure and be put on our waiting list. Talk with Darlin and Josh or your child’s counselor or myself at camp.
Have a great rest of the summer
The staff and I have really enjoyed the opportunity to work with your child this summer and we encourage you to keep your child physically active the rest of the summer and during the coming school year. It can be as simple as taking your child to the park, a walk or bike ride. Once again, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to provide physical activity experiences to your child. I hope it has been as positive an experience for your child as it has been for us. Please do not hesitate to call on us in the future. Barry Lavay, Director
