GUIDE FOR MAKING ONLINE PAYMENTS FOR COURSES
Step 1 - Go to the NHS Lothian web page
http://www.nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
Step 1 – Click on ‘Online Payments’ option from list in the left hand side of the Home page.
Step 2 – For payment of conference /course attendance click on the option ‘Courses’
Step 3 – Enter details
- The booking form reference could relate to the meeting eg Spring Meeting or the date of the meeting.
- Select the course you are looking to pay
- Enter the rest of details as requested
- Provide names of all delegates if payment is for more than one person or is different to the card holder.
- Click on continue to take you to the secure Worldpay payment site
Step 4 - When the payment has been completed the Payee will receive an onscreen thank you and confirmation.
Step 5– The Payee will also be sent a confirmation email

Step 6 - Notification of the Payment is emailed to the Treasury Inbox. From this Treasury will be able to identify the income when it appears in the bank account and post to the ledger. Treasury will also notify the Course Organiser/Administrator that a payment has been received.
