Copper Sulfate- a.k.a. “ROOT KILLER” - Mesquite trees love all the water that a septic system gives…too much. It’s a bad combination for the pocketbook too. The roots will take over and go for the water source, the leach lines. Copper Sulfate keeps roots stunted without killing the tree. It kinda slaps it in the hand…

Enzyme Start Fast- Some people say the tank needs a stimulus after it has been emptied. I’m not totally sold on the idea, but it makes sense if there’s above average laundry use. It can be done with hamburger meat, milk or some enzyme that starts the breakdown process. We charge more than a gallon of milk…but you get the idea. $20/bottle billed to escrow.
