NJROTCVenture 14! Overnight Trip EVENT ORDERS Mod 4

Fort Worth Friday 21/22 November 2014

Mission:Provide Cadets with Military Base Orientation and a College visit on an overnight trip. On November 21we will be visiting Fort Hood for a Post Exchange visit, a visit to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor for an Army ROTC brief. We will be playing paintball at Georgetown Paintball. (Online waiver is required.)Following our visit to UMHB, we will travel to Fort Worth, TX. We will be staying overnight on board the Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base (JRB)Ft. Worth, to stay in the Navy Gateway Inn Suites sharing the room with other Cadets (same gender). Saturday the 22nd, we will be visiting iFly Frisco to participate in an indoor flying experience (Online Waiver required). Gaming consoles, laptops cell phones areauthorized. Bring chargers, and remember them in the morning.

Reporting Time:21 November 2014at 0700 (7:00 AM)

Estimated Time of Return:22nd November 2014 at 1630 (4:30 PM) CADETS WILL CALL HOME WHEN WE ARE AN HOUR FROM GEORGETOWN. Parents/Guardians pls. pick up Cadets on time.

Transportation: Luxury Charter Bus.(Bathroom onboard the bus and DVD viewing available)

Meals: Friday: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Saturday: Breakfast/Lunch

Equipment:Dress Warm! Gold PT Shirt, Jeans, Tennis Shoes. In an extra bag, bring whatever you want to wear for paintball. Wear only clean clothes on Bus. This is an overnight trip so bring PJ’s, toiletries, shampoo/bodywash. Bring clothes for following day. Closed toe shoes required for access to the dining facility.
