All members of the pool are bound by the established rules of Green Trails Homeowners Association as set forth by the Board of Directors. There will be no exceptions.

I/We will pick up a copy of the Pool Rules from the Green Trails Homeowners Association pool area, and acknowledge and agree to abide by the Pool Rules and Regulations. I am aware that Green Trails Homeowners Association can suspend one’s right to use the pool for violation of published Rules and Regulations.
